The Other Cheek
Medium(s): Mixed Media[Multiple Artists]
At the onset of summer, a group of artists agreed to transform autobiographical violation and subsequent yearnings for revenge into muses for creating visual art and vulnerably sharing their experiences with strangers like you.
These brave souls have agreed to share earnest stories of how they have been flounced, embarrassed, defeated, dumped, ridiculed, and any other such past participle. Having to retaliate or reconfront such delicate moments was particularly trying for many of them. However, what results is a colorful, bold affirmation of life and survival.
