Another Art Weekend

While everyone here in LA is abuzz, overbooked for a weekend full of art, non-violent protest, and Eddie Vedderisms, we’re looking ahead to later this year and making plans for a trip to another mega-art experience.  No, not Art Forum Berlin.  We’re counting the days, hours, half-lifes until the Kentucky Art Car Weekend.

The greater Los Angeles metropolitan population is about four times the entire population of the state of Kentucky, but Kentucky’s greatest natural resources, automobiles and bourbon, must have inspired the organizers to create the sweetest Art Car Weekend this side of Istanbul.

    Kentucky has a great art car weekend, but Houston’s isn’t shabby either!
